In plain terms: we collect what we need to send someone to your car and give you a report. We do not sell your data. We do not publish your name or your words without your permission.

1. Who we are

FITA Diagnostics Network is operated by Swift Technology Ltd. (RGD CS105330723, TIN C0063069547), A1/4 Broadway Street, Sakumono, Tema, Ghana. We are the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

Contact details — name, phone number, email, WhatsApp number.
Service details — vehicle make, model, registration, mileage, location, pick-up and destination for towing.
Job records — inspection findings, diagnostic scans, photographs of the vehicle, reports and invoices.
Payment information — processed by Paystack. We receive a payment reference and status. We never see or store your card details.
Feedback — what you tell us on the follow-up call after a job.

3. Why we use it

To dispatch a provider to you and perform the service.
To produce and deliver your report, certificate or invoice.
To take payment and, where applicable, issue refunds.
To follow up on quality, resolve complaints, and improve the service.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only where necessary: with the assigned provider (so they can reach you and find your vehicle), our payment processor (Paystack), and our technology providers who host the platform. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Testimonials

We only publish a client's words publicly where the client has agreed, and we publish a shortened name (for example “Evans A.”) and a general area — never your phone number, vehicle registration or address. You can ask us to remove your testimonial at any time and we will do so promptly.

6. How long we keep it

Job records, reports and invoices are retained for as long as needed for the service, warranty and legal or tax purposes. You may ask us to delete data we are not required to keep.

7. Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us and we will respond.

8. Security

Access to job and client records is restricted to authorised FITA DN personnel. Payment card data never touches our systems.
