Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026 · Swift Technology Ltd. (RGD CS105330723)
The short version: Cancel before a provider is dispatched and you pay nothing. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for, you get your money back. If you're unhappy with a job, tell us within 48 hours and we will investigate.

1. Cancelling a booking

To cancel, WhatsApp or call +233 55 323 3068 quoting your job reference.

2. If we cannot deliver

If no provider can be assigned, the provider fails to arrive, or we cannot perform the service you paid for, you receive a full refund. You do not have to ask for it — we initiate it.

3. If you are not satisfied

Raise it with us within 48 hours of the job. We call every client after a job, so you will usually hear from us first. We will review the report, speak to the provider, and where we find the service fell short we will re-perform the service, or refund it in part or in full, depending on what is fair.

An inspection report that accurately records the condition of a vehicle is a delivered service, even where the findings are unwelcome. We do not refund inspections because the vehicle turned out to have faults — that is precisely what you paid us to find.

4. Towing and roadside

Towing is priced by distance and vehicle class, published in advance on our rate card. Where a job proves impossible on arrival for reasons outside our control (for example the vehicle is inaccessible or the customer is not present), a call-out charge may apply and the balance is refunded.

5. Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, but you keep your benefits until the period ends.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned by the method used to pay, via our payment processor (Paystack), normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision, write to us and we will escalate it internally. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the laws of Ghana.
