1. Who we are

FITA Diagnostics Network (“FITA DN”, “we”) is a platform operated by Swift Technology Ltd. (RGD CS105330723), Ghana. By booking a service with us you agree to these terms.

2. What we do — and what we don't

FITA DN is a marketplace and quality layer. We connect you with screened providers — inspectors, tow operators, roadside technicians and garages — and we set the standards, the documentation and the price. Services are performed by those providers.

We are not a vehicle dealer, an insurer, or a government authority. An inspection is an expert assessment of a vehicle's condition at a point in time. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle's future condition, a title or ownership check unless expressly purchased, or a warranty.

3. Booking and pricing

Prices are published on our rate card before you book. Towing is priced by distance and vehicle class. Where a job on arrival is materially different from what was described at booking, we will tell you the revised price before continuing.

4. Payment

Payment is taken through Paystack. Reports and certificates are released on confirmed payment. Once payment is confirmed, an invoice is final.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details about the vehicle and its location.
• Have the right to request the service on that vehicle (ownership or the owner's permission).
• Be present, or send someone, where the service requires access to the vehicle.
• Treat our providers with respect. We will withdraw service where a provider is abused or endangered.

6. Reports

Reports are prepared for you, the client. They record what was observed and measured on the day. Hidden defects that were not reasonably detectable by the checks purchased are outside the scope of the report. Reports may not be altered, and may not be presented as FITA DN documentation if changed.

7. Liability

Where we get it wrong, we will put it right — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Our liability in connection with any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law does not permit such a limit. We are not liable for a seller's conduct, a vehicle's future performance, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Providers

Providers apply to join, are screened, and carry a FITA DN ID which you can verify. Providers are independent businesses, not employees of FITA DN.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
